Yes. Every plan, including the cheapest one, is served through our global edge network with free SSL. We don't charge extra to make your site fast, which would be a strange thing to sell separately.
Burst is our AI-assisted resource allocation. It watches request rates, queue depth and resource pressure across the platform and allocates additional compute to your account when traffic spikes, automatically, in seconds, at no extra cost. It applies to processing capacity, not to your monthly bandwidth allowance, which stays exactly as published on your plan.
On our Static, Basic Shared, Accelerated and WordPress Optimized plans we will do our best to absorb a spike. A good month should not come with an invoice attached. If the excess becomes substantial or keeps happening we will get in touch, and additional bandwidth may be charged at a rate not exceeding $0.10 per GB; usually the better answer is a larger plan and we will tell you that. There is no other bandwidth charge and no hidden multiplier.
Yes, for five years. Our Static, Basic Shared, Accelerated and WordPress Optimized plans carry a five-year price guarantee: the monthly price you start on cannot go up during that time, and existing customers are never charged more than someone signing up today for the same plan. There is no introductory rate that jumps at renewal. It excludes domain registrations, which registries price themselves, and Managed Cloud when it launches, which tracks hardware costs.
