The control panel itself is the same whichever plan you are on, but a few of the tools below only appear where the plan supports them. Databases, phpMyAdmin and the one-click installer are not part of our Static plans, for instance, and shell access depends on your plan. Every plan page lists exactly what that plan includes, and if a particular tool is the deciding factor, ask us before you buy and we will tell you plainly.
